My name is Laura. I am a qualified Aromatherapist, Reflexologist, Reiki Master Teacher, Massage Therapist and Holistic Nutrition Advisor. I am a member of two professional bodies, IFPA (International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists) and the NRRI (National Register of Reflexologists Ireland).

 

I began my journey into Holistic Therapies in 2016. I was suffering with chronic stress between my corporate job and home life. I began receiving a combination of holistic treatments and I couldn't believe the results I was experiencing so I began my holistic training as a hobby to help my family and I.

 

In 2019 I was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer and I firmly believe my speedy recovery was due to the combination of holistic therapies and conventional Western medicine. Now I help my clients to find balance in their life. I believe Holistic Therapists should be available to everyone so I have a range of products, treatments and prices to suit all budgets.
